Bid Process:
· The format for the sale will be auction style with unposted minimum bids on each item.
· Photos of the items and a bid page will be presented on our member’s only page so members will all have an opportunity to bid on the items.
· All bids must be submitted to Linda Then at or 403-874-0160 before 9:00 p.m on October 3, 2018.
· A bid marked with a red asterisk indicates that this bid is below the minimum set for the item.
· The Club reserves the right to reject or accept any bid.
· All sales as-is and where-is with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied.
· At the completion date and time of 9:00 p.m. on October 3, 2018, the auction will close.
· After the successful bidder has been notified and payment has been received, items must be picked the end of October.
